The terms that apply when you shop with us.
Placeholder — not a legal document
This page has no policy text yet. The headings below are a checklist of what has to be covered. Replace them with wording from a policy generator or a lawyer before the store takes a single real order.
Legal entity name, trading name, and registered address. If the business is an LLC, the terms should be in the LLC's name, not a person's.
When a contract is formed — usually on dispatch, not on payment. This is what lets an order be cancelled if something is mispriced or out of stock.
Currency, tax handling, and the right to correct pricing errors. Payments are processed by Square and subject to Square's own terms.
Stock shown online may lag the shop floor, particularly while inventory is shared with a physical counter and vans. Say what happens when an item sells out after ordering.
Manufacturer warranty versus shop return policy — these are different and customers conflate them. Cross-reference the Shipping & Returns page rather than restating it.
Standard restrictions on misuse of the site, accounts and content.
The clause most worth having a lawyer draft. Boilerplate copied from another store is frequently unenforceable.
Texas law and the venue for disputes.
